During the training process, fundamental skills such as mobility, stability, and discipline are acquired, sharpened, and maintained. Incorporating resistence training, plyometrics, and calisthenics, these skills are pertinant to everyday life taking basic movements and making them a challenge by focusing on self-awareness of space proximity, postural alignment, proper formation and balance.
Prior to introducing any machines or weights, we start with a mirror so that our clients can study their movements and reflect how it affects your body and form and more importantly how to use your own body weight.
