Personal Training

In-home training offered or in a gym (no gym membership required)

We provide one-on-one independent personal training to clients located in Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs including Brooklyn and Queens. To make working out convenient we train our clients at their in-home personal gyms or at a nearby private gym. The gyms that we use to train in are privately owned making them less crowded so that we can take full advantage of the space, and equipment offered. Sessions are paid for on a per monthly basis. Rates are available upon request.

Nutrition is a huge factor in how your body responds to exercise. To ensure our clients gain the best results from their workouts we offer individual nutritional guidance on a case by case basis.

What is our training style?

We specialize in mixing everything up. In other words, we never stick to just the basics. The more variety we can add to your workout through intervals, circuits, plyometrics, calisthenics ect the better. The goal is to always keep your body guessing. Fast paced movements intertwained with slow steady isolated exercises and compound movements is the way to go. First of all, it keeps your workouts exciting and also you're not only effectively targeting all the muscles in your body, but you're doing cardio too! You don't need to separate the two.
