We all have a starting point so don’t compare yourself to your neighbor. Focus on where you are in your fitness program and keep inching towards the top!
A healthy body is a sexy body! Don’t measure your results based on how skinny you are. Ask yourself how strong am I? Can you do a push-up without resting your knees? This is how we determine healthy! If you focus on getting stronger in your workouts your body will speak for itself. You won’t have to obsess over the scale because you will naturally become leaner and look and feel your best!
Four exercises for total body circuit
45 seconds on with 15 seconds recovery for each exercise
1. Set-up (shuffle over the top for advanced)
2. Tricep dips (straight legs for advanced)
3. Push-ups (full body for advanced)
4. In-and-outs (feet off the ground for advance)
You will need:
-interval timer or stop watch
-bench or stool
