What makes in home training successful

It may seem like you have less at your disposable when you’re working out at home because you don’t have access to machines and most bulky equipment when in fact the opposite is true. A good at home workout gives you the flexibility, courage, and creativity to incorporate all that you would at the gym, but in a more dynamic way. You’re no longer glued to a “gym schedule,” which allows you to freely workout on your own time whenever its convenient for you. Not to mention, travel and weather no longer impose restraints on your workout progress. Nobody’s eyeballing your moves so the pressure is only on you relieving a lot of the anxiety people feel when going to train in the gym. And since you’re forced to become less gym dependent you get to explore new training styles and break away from this cookie cutter traditional model of working out. From sand bag, to resistance band, to body weight movements to a more fluid exercise approach, we give you a taste of the vast styles of training you have to choose from.

Celebrities that workout from home

Many celebrities have also begun to see the value in gym-less workouts as Marie Claire shares with us. Titantic co-star Kate Winslet prefers an at-home Pilates DVD to get her into your fitness groove, which is much less hardcore than celebrity Eva Longoria who like us likes to rock the squats and lunges in her at home routine. Both Kelly Osbourne and Taraji P. Henson are all combining work and fun while training at home with the WiiFit.

How to make your in home workouts your own

Although we give you plenty of workouts to choose from, you don’t necessarily have to stick to the program we created for you! As long as your incorporating strength and cardio and targeting your entire body you can mix and match between videos as you please. Our objective is to help you get started with your workout program and offer you guidance along the way so that you can make you workouts more efficient. The bottom line you must remember is never limit yourself of what you can do and enjoy the fitness journey!

We’re glad you found us too! You can subscribe to our youtube channel at youtube.com/msnmckenzie to ensure you don’t miss one of our workouts! I’m really loving my latest upper body no weights needed workout. A lot of people have the misconception that if you don’t use weights it’s too easy, which isn’t true. There’s alot of moves you can do using your own body weight that are much more compound and challenging on the overall body than curling a pair of dumbbells. I show you how!
