It’s so hot in NY today that 3 minutes is just about all I could handle for this workout! These 3 exercises provide the quickest way to tire your entire body in the shortest time possible. Set your timers for 3 minutes and rotate between each exercise spending one minute on each. If there’s more left in the tank you can always double or triple your set!

Don’t be that guy that mistakenly snubs basic exercises for being “too easy.” I find the best way to impress a client or trick them into thinking they are having an easy workout day is to demonstrate a hand-full of very subtle exercises that don’t even require any weights and then say “here now you try it.” I almost always get to watch them smile first and then pretty soon I see them gritting their teeth trying to keep up with the clock. Basic is not just for beginners.
